Reward Yo'self with Fitness

This week I tapped into some health apps that pay folks to meet their health/fitness goals. Here are the apps I came across that I feel are worth a looking into:

1. Sweat Coin App - Listed as number 1 because it seems to have the absolute most potential. Am I paid to say this? Heck naw...but I've seen companies that are ahead in tech or finance and once they go public, their stock or values increase at such a rate, that those who jumped aboard early on, reap big benefits. Examples: Youtubers, Bitcoin, Walmart, Facebook..etc etc. Sweat Coin is an app that pays folks to walk and has established itself quite quickly. The key feature I like about this is there are different levels of walkers : Mall walkers, Stay at Home Mom Walkers… Jussssst kidding. There are subscriptions that vary by cost via Sweat Coins. They are Mover, Shaker, Quaker, Breaker & the latest one in the works, Trouble Maker. 'Hello. I'm a Trouble Maker.' (Excited about this feature!) Soon the company plans on launching into its own crypto currency. Once it does, those app members who stored up those Sweat Coins and spent them will regret it. The coolest feature about this app is that it is international. When I am traveling (and walking outdoors the most), this app is constant. Many apps are restricted by location but this one seems to know no boundaries!
How health/fitness co- relate to crypto investing...not quite sure. But, I'm jumping on this one entirely because it is absolutely 0 loss for me. In fact it is a win-win. I get healthier and richer over time.

2. Fit Coin App - Fit Coin and Sweat Coin are so similar in comparison. Both share that same goal of health and fitness tracking plus the crypto currency (again with fitness and crypto), but Fit Coin although having a much more appealing name requires a fitness tracking device to track the users workouts while Sweat Coin is simple and tracks steps without all the extra gadgets or tracking outside of normal walking. Fit Coin is also only avail for IOS devices. Fit Coin would be for those into intermediate and advanced workouts who already are into the Fitbit while Sweat Coin I would highly suggest for those just jumping off the sofa or folks like me who are too busy in startup businesses to be able to do a standard workout or visit the gym.
Another fitness/investment app for those of you with fitness trackers. This is a more challenging crypto earning app for the more disciplined when it comes to workouts.

3. Diet Bet App - Diet Bet seems to have all the bragging rights. Stats from the company reveal that 90% of members who use it end up losing weight. I would hope so. This app is another self- goal setting app and has paid out an upwards price of over $6 million. This app has the highest earning potential so it is no wonder folks 'use it to lose it'.

You simply walk and donate them loving miles to charities such as, Wounded Warriors, ASPCA, Save the Children, Alzheimer's Association, Autism Speaks, Special Olympics, DoSomething.org + 35 others. Not quite sure how much of the actual money is passed on to these noble causes. NEW ways to save

Here are some more ways to save some cash:

1. monitor sites like www.moneysavingmom.com to use both types of coupons: manufacturer's & store coupons. This will give you double the savings. This site will do all the work for you in knowing how to get some amazing deals!

2. Save bogo one coupons and match them to bogo deals. Doesn't always happen so keep an eye out. Match them up and you get 2 items free. Couple that with your iBotta app and you can really save!

3. Sign up for Red Plum and other company email lists with a junk email account. The savings will be sent to your mailbox. Big value coups can be sold on ebay if you have multiples. Example: Some dog food coups have been BOGO which doesn't seem like much if you don't have a puppy. But to others, that $6.99 valued coup x any extra of the same coups that you got in the Sunday paper.

4. Need a gas card? I can earn a $25 gas card each month just doing searches on the internet. Setup an account in www.mysearchbonus.com and start earning points. You can get points towards restaurant gift cards and much more. I surf the web all the time...earn stuff in the process.

5. On ebay, sellers are listing restaurant.com certificates. For nights out on the town, I purchase a gift card and get almost double the value at a restaurant from the list. Check it out. It's about $10 for my husband and I to have a $25 dinner with our certificate. www.restaurant.com. Buying them on ebay is a much better deal right now.

6. Shop for all your produce at an open market. It's half the price of stores and much more fresh.

7. www.magicjack.com - home phone with call waiting/call forwarding/voicemail and free long distance all through your usb port. It's an initial $40 for the jack & only $20/yr. Can't beat it. It also has the 911 feature for emergency locating (unlike a cell phone).

8. Become a bzzagent. It's free and easy. You can test out products, restaurants for free and write a short 2 paragraph report about the experience. It's fun and easy plus you get mypoints (www.mypoints.com ) for each 'bzz report' you do. The points can be earned for more free stuff.

9. Sell your homemade items on www.etsy.com - You'll make what your art is worth rather than making pennies on ebay auctions. There are thousands of artists on there...check them out for ideas.

10. Put a few spare bucks in a glass bottle. As much as you can, add a $1, $5, or $10 to it. You can't get the money out without breaking the bottle and thus your savings is protected from you! I did this and saved about $150 in 3 1/2 months. It became vacation money!

11. Try not to run the dishwasher...big money on the electric bill. It also wastes a lot of water. Have your kids do the dishes ;).

12. Connect your ebay account to facebook and your listings will appear to all your friends and family on your site. It gets the word out about your items and your mom might like that dish set you don't care for anymore...

13. Find new uses for things like containers. Americans waste so much plastic and glass it's not even funny. Use glass jars for storing items. (I use spaghetti sauce jars for sorting all my small craft items. They can be made into decor too. I have a friend who makes soy candles out of them. Google search the item and add the word 'upcycle'. You would be amazed at the creativity.

14. www.hotcouponworld.com ...all the moms and women with the tricks to save and share coupons. These women amaze me with their shopping and saving capabilities!

15. Use CVS Extra Care bucks. Get a membership card and scan it each time you go to CVS. You can actually earn money back from the merchant and get items free.

16. The key to saving is finding a great deal and stocking up if it is non perishable and you will eventually need it OR it can be frozen for a long period of time. Example: hotdogs, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, canned items...ect. Find a deal...use a coupon or two...stock up. Each month you do this, saves you from having to purchase the items for about 6 months at retail price.

17. When submitting a magazine subscription card...write in the price you are interested in paying. I would guess about .50 less an issue and mail it in. Most companies want your business and will plug your price into the system. If they can give it to you they will...if not, they will give you the lowest promotional price listed. The best deals on magazine subs are donor gift orders. You can get two for the price of one and set it up for the issues to begin on a date near Christmas or whatever date you want. A secret learned whil working for a magazine subscription company. You're welcome.

18. Use sky miles for other things...there are new rewards now.

19. Save coke reward points. They are actually worth something. www.mycokerewards.com

20. Don't ever pay full price. Make it a goal to find the item through ebay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist or Garage Sales. Use the money saved to get debts paid off and save even more on interest. It will bring a freedom like none other when no creditors can taint your credit report and every dime you earn is YOURS!

21. College students apply for scholarships...there are $2 mill in scholarships and only $1 mil actually awarded each year. Save on your student loans. It'll be worth the extra time and effort. :)

22. When purchasing a home...check the insulation, the amount of shade, and the door and window seals to make sure that it is energy efficient. Energy prices are skyrocketing. In my town, they are boosting the prices 40% in this upcoming year! It pays to purchase wisely.

23. Hang dry whatever you can. I hate hang drying towels and jeans. They are so stiff afterwards. Everything else I line dry if possible.

23. Through all the online money makers, I have made more cash on fusion cash . Use a different email account just for it and start doing surveys. If you get to a place where they want you to apply for a gold, silver or whatever deal...skip through to the next page. DON'T GIVE THEM THAT INFO or apply for the deal. You will still earn cash. I make about $40 a month. I get even more by referrals. They'll deposit the money to your paypal or mail you a check. I can get a check every two months.

24. Purchase vacation packages on ebay. People win Hilton stays and can't use them so they list them for cash. You can get a $450 pkg for the family for about $80 give or take. Can't beat that.

25. Take your lunch to work and don't use vending machines. 20 oz. drinks are now at $1.10! Ridiculous...so, pack your own coke. :) Keep snacks and drinks in your desk for days when you've forgotten your lunch at home.
